Taking CBD to lower blood pressure

At my annual check up two years ago, the doctor told me that I had high blood pressure.

I went right out and purchased my own blood pressure testing kis so I can check up on it regularly.

I was complaining to a coworker of mine about my high blood pressure and he said there are steps I could take to resolve the problem. Just as my doctor had told me, he recommended exercise and a healthier diet. However, he also suggested that I CBD oil. I didn’t know what CBD oil even was at that point. My coworker explained me that CBD oil is a strain derived from the cannabis plant. I asked him if that was the same as marijuana. He told me it was basically the same thing. I was reluctant to smoke marijauna and didn’t see how it would help me deal with high blood pressure. He told me all about how CBD doesn’t cause a high sensation. It’s all natural with no side effects and legal pretty much across the country. He said that cannabis had been used as a healing remedy for centuries. It is used in modern medicine to treat PTSD, glaucoma, diabetes, arthritis and regulating blood pressure. He suggested that I give it a try. I followed up with some research. I learned about the endocannabinoid system and how it works to regulate pain, appetite and all sorts of systems in the body. Natural cannabinoids can be supplemented by different strains from the cannabis plant. The main cannabinoids are THC and CBD. They provide an effective medicine. I figured I would start exercising, eating right, and taking CBD oil. It was worth a try. The CBD worked for me. At my next doctor’s visit, my blood pressure was back to normal.
